Hi! My name is Todd Alexander. Jessica and I have always had a love for music and entertainment even before we met in 2000. I started Djing Professionally during college & Jessica played the Sax in the High School Band. Our husband and wife team is what makes Spintastic Sounds Charlotte so unique to other DJ companies in the region. I am a native of Charlotte. Jessica, like so many others, moved here. We are able to offer a couple's spin and view on every aspect of your event. We treat our clients, along with their families and guests, as if they are a part of our family. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is one of the mottos we live by.
We want you as a potential client to know your event will be carried out with the highest level of professionalism. There is a reason word of mouth referrals are 90% of our business. Your event means as much to us, as it does to you. We are available to answer questions throughout your planning period. If we don't have the answer, we will find it for you. We have contacts with the finest venues and vendors in Charlotte and surrounding areas to help insure that you get the most from your event & special day. From myself covering the requests on the dance floor, keeping everyone entertained & informed, to Jessica coordinating all the vendors and covering every detail… Spintastic Sounds Charlotte will have it covered. We like to call it "Autopilot" for your event… The main ingredient to our version of autopilot is my wife Jessica. From day one she helps you dot your "I"s & cross your "T"s on everything from proper protocols to making sure the candles are lit on time. Jessica takes the place of that "Family Friend" or "Aunt" and keeps an even keel between all parties… Allowing you to enjoy your day while not worry about any toes getting stepped on. You just sit back, dance, and bask in the moment…

Paul Walters
Charlotte native Paul Walters has been involved in music performance for over 15 years, getting his start by studying choral chamber and opera music throughout school. Singing in musical theater productions helped him become accustomed to performing in front of live audiences. His love for rock and roll, blues, and jazz, however, led him to pursue other musical stylings. After leaving school, Paul spent several years running karaoke shows throughout the Charlotte area, honing his ability to develop report with audience members in large crowds. After time he felt that karaoke shows limited the ability of an entire audience to be able to enjoy the entertainment. That's when Paul began DJing and performing live acoustic music in order to be able to share his love of music with more people. Given his background in classical music, and his love for a wide range of musical genres, Paul's eclectic style consistently delights a wide range of audience members & Clients… The Live Music side of Paul's life is called "Paul Walters & The Handsome Hippie" Paul & Todd perform a wide range of acoustic classic rock and newer rock, with a splash of interactive banter to transition between songs. From Tom Petty to Sister Hazel they cover a wide range of great & popular artists. The DJing side of Paul is interactive yet not too over the top. He does an excellent job of blending the music while maintaining the flow of the event. Each song choice is carefully chosen from either the Bride's play list or the guest's requests the night of and meshed with a few of his favorites that always pack a dancefloor…
